In addition, there is patio deck with a grill gas grill out back.

Prices include furnishings, utilities (high speed Verizon FIOS internet, HOA, gas, electricity, trash, and water). 1 month rent required for security deposit. 12 month leases preferred. Parking is abundant, but a reserved space in front of the home is also available at a nominal monthly fee. Identity and employer verification, background and credit checks required for all.
