Sixty (60) days' notice from the date of application approval and payment of the required deposit before the confirmed move-in date. The lease commencement date will be finalized only upon receipt of the deposit and completion of the notice period.
Master bedroom, living room and dinning room is fully furnished and cannot be moved.
Lease Term Agreement
1. Minimum Lease Term: The lease term shall be for a minimum of one (1) year. Early termination by the tenant will result in penalties as outlined in the lease agreement.
2. Proof of Income: Tenant(s) must provide verifiable proof of income demonstrating the ability to meet monthly rent obligations before signing the lease. Acceptable documentation includes recent pay stubs, tax returns, or bank statements.
3. Furniture Placement: All furniture must be kept in designated areas, including the dining room, living room, and master bedroom. Moving furniture to other areas of the property without prior written consent from the landlord is prohibited.
4. Non-Refundable Deposit: To secure the move-in date, a non-refundable deposit equal to a portion of the first month's rent is required. This deposit will be applied toward the first month's rent upon move-in but will not be refunded if the tenant fails to take possession of the unit as agreed.
5. General Compliance: Failure to comply with these terms may result in lease termination and potential financial penalties.
