I have deep roots in Northern Virginia, where I’ve spent over 40 years immersed in real estate and development. My journey began as a teenager in my family’s home building business, where I gained recognition for my work in residential and commercial design. As the family business evolved into a successful real estate brokerage and development firm, my passion for architecture, land development, and construction flourished. I spent the first decade of my career at prominent land development engineering firms, overseeing several major residential projects in the area. In 1989, I returned to the family business, focusing on managing and building small to medium-sized development projects while becoming a licensed real estate professional. This experience paved the way for me to establish my own residential construction company in the 1990s, where I successfully built over 15 homes and undertook numerous renovation projects. By 1996, I joined a reputable civil engineering firm as a Land Development Principal, further enhancing my expertise in local codes and regulations, which are crucial for navigating the dynamic real estate market. In the early 2000s, I founded my current brokerage and consulting company, leveraging my extensive background in real estate development and home construction. My approach emphasizes understanding market trends and providing clients with informed insights on property values. I prioritize building strong relationships with my clients, many of whom have become lifelong friends and mentors. With a commitment to sharing my knowledge and experience, I guide clients through every step of their real estate journey, ensuring they make educated decisions about buying, selling, or investing in properties.
