Charming cozy house in Arlington close to campus

Hi there! I am a working female professional living in a relaxing, cozy, and comfortable house by the Ballston metro. It is just a 15 minute walk to Marymount University. There are many beautiful trails in the area, including the famous Custis trail... that gets you to DC - if you are a biker, runner, or walker, this is a great location! The backyard is beautiful, with squirrels cavorting amidst a weeping willow tree and a flower garden. A perfect spot on the back porch for contemplation and meditation.

I am looking for 1-2 female or male housemates. I am friendly, quiet, and clean - I live upstairs. The neighborhood is very safe and has a grocery store within a 15 minute walk. The room is downstairs and already furnished. You have a private room and there is a shared bathroom with 1 other person. It is a 10 minute drive to downtown DC and a 15 minute walk to the Ballston metro.

Free off street parking is available. I welcome students, professionals, and interns, whether it's by semester or month to month. The room is available anytime. You are welcome to come take a look, please email me to come see the room.
