We have three pleasant furnished bedrooms in a shared, fully and nicely furnished... townhouse available now. One is a Master Bedroom with private bath. The other two rooms share recently remodeled hall bath. One of those two is a small bedroom plus a large private study room on the main floor--we call it a two-room suite. Furnishings in all rooms include bed, desk, desk chair, chest of drawers, closet, lamps. Each door has a knob key lock.

Reduced Rates: Monthly rents range from $900 - 1150 and include all utilities. Rental fee may be open to negotiation. We prefer minimum 6 month leases.

Fully and nicely upper two floors of a townhouse are shared by three persons. Common area includes living room with dining area, fully furnished and newly renovated kitchen, and laundry center. Utilities include electricity (heating and a/c), water/sewer, and WiFi. No need to buy furniture. Just bring towels and bedding and personal belongings.

Walk to GMU (6/10ths mile) or use City-University Express (CUE) bus (free to GMU students). Walk to shops and restaurants and activities in Old Town Fairfax (3/10ths mile). CUE bus to Vienna Metro, and Metrobus stops are steps away from townhouse. Safe neighborhood.

Security Deposit equal to month's rent, and can be paid in portions monthly. No application fee.

No smokers/pets/illegal drugs/weapons/large, loud, late parties. Unfortunately, no space for your furniture.
