Mulberry Manor House (Shared Housing)

Hello everyone, my name is Megan Jarvandi and me and my friend Kayla are looking for four roommates to move in to this beautiful home with us. I am a current student at Marymount University studying nursing and Kayla is an Alumni at George Mason... University who will be working as a real estate agent! We are looking for roommates who are very mindful, clean and respectful. We also are both religious and would prefer girls who share the same beliefs, as we look forward to hosting group bible studies and church hangouts! The house is such an amazing deal and the house is so spacious and perfect for hosting Bible study’s!
It is 6 bedrooms, 6 bath!! (Everyone has their own room and their own bathroom)
The entire home is fully furnished!! Bedrooms, kitchen - includes pots, pans, cups, bowls, plates, mugs, grill utensils, and so much more, basement and common areas and outside area
There is also an office with large desk which can be used as a “quiet area” perfect for studying!
All utilities will also be covered in the cost of rent, so no extra fees
Rent would be $1,000 a month and again includes ALL utilities and house is completely furnished from top to bottom

Ping pong and 8-ball table included in basement, speakers in the wall outdoors, and indoors it has a hugeee backyard with fire pit, hot tub, deck with chairs and dining table and outside umbrella - all included!
LOCATION :
The house is only a 4 min drive from park valley church !! Right down the road from it.
Amazing location in Haymarket!
The closest gas station is 7-11 (open 24 hrs) and it is a 3 min drive. The town of Haymarket is such a beautiful place to live and is a 10 min drive! They do farmers market every Sunday and there are numerous grocery stores, nail salon, fast food, etc. all under 10 min drive!!
MOVE IN DATE :
The soonest move in date would be November 1, 2026 which gives everyone some time to save up
ROOMS :
There are five bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom will be $1,200 a month, since it is very huge with huge closet, and large bathroom. The sixth room in the basement will be $800 a month, since it is in basement and not on upper level with everyone else. It does include a full bathroom! If you guys are all down I definitely think this is such an amazing deal since we don’t have to spend any extra costs on utilities, gas, water, electricity, etc. or furniture since the home is furnished already!
